System Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

1. Core Student Management Features<\/span><\/p>

  • Online application processing, document verification, and automated enrollment workflows,<\/li>
  • Centralized database for student records (admissions, enrollment, grades, and transcripts) and,<\/li>
  • Self-service portals for students to register, drop, or swap courses with real-time seat availability.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Integration & Accessibility<\/span><\/p>

    • Links with Finance, HR, Library, and learning management systems and,<\/li>
    • User-friendly portals accessible on smartphones and desktops.<\/li>
    • Accessibility compliance for inclusive education<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Communication & Engagement<\/span><\/p>

      • Notifications & Alerts – Automated reminders for deadlines, exams, and fee payments and,<\/li>
      • Student-Faculty Interaction – Messaging tools, discussion boards, and feedback systems.<\/li><\/ul>

        4. Security & Compliance<\/span><\/p>

          • Role-based access control to protect sensitive information and,<\/li>
          • Adherence to Eswatini Data Protection Standards.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
