1. Lecturer \u2013 Nursing Background<\/strong>
The college seeks a qualified nurse educator to support the training of future emergency medical and healthcare professionals.<\/p>


Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

  • Deliver lectures and practical instruction in nursing and clinical sciences relevant to emergency medical care.<\/li>
  • \u00a0Facilitate simulation training, clinical skills development, and case-based learning.<\/li>
  • Support students during clinical placements and professional practice training.<\/li>
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programmes.<\/li>
  • Participate in academic assessment, moderation, and student mentorship.<\/li>
  • Engage in professional development and applied research activities.<\/li>
  • \u00a0Contribute to community outreach, health education, and public health initiatives where applicable.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>


    Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Nursing as a foundational qualification.<\/li>
    • Master\u2019s degree in Nursing or Public Health.<\/li>
    • A PhD in a related field will be considered an added advantage.<\/li>
    • Minimum 3 years teaching or clinical experience.<\/li>
    • Registration with the Eswatini Nursing Council or eligibility for registration.<\/li>
    • \u00a0Strong clinical, teaching, and communication skills.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

      2. Lecturer \u2013 Medicine Background<\/strong><\/p>

      The college invites applications from medical professionals who are passionate about training future healthcare and emergency response professionals.

      Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

      • Deliver lectures in medical sciences relevant to emergency medicine and clinical care.<\/li>
      • Facilitate case-based learning, clinical reasoning, and emergency care simulations.<\/li>
      • Support students in developing clinical decision-making and patient management skills.<\/li>
      • Participate in curriculum development and academic programme review.<\/li>
      • Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students.<\/li>
