Context<\/span><\/p>

We are a dynamic and growing Institution, committed to Academic excellence in the field of higher education. We value integrity, teamwork, and innovation, and we\u2019re looking for a detail-oriented Lecturer to join our Emergency Medical Rescue College team.<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

  • Develop and teach courses on various aspects of disaster management.<\/li>
  • Deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and provide individual student support.<\/li>
  • \u00a0Conduct independent research on disaster management topics.<\/li>
  • \u00a0Collaborate with other researchers and practitioners to advance knowledge in the field.<\/li>
  • Participate in curriculum development initiatives for the disaster management program.<\/li>
  • \u00a0Provide consultancy services on disaster risk reduction and mitigation strategies.<\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements & Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>

    • \u00a0PhD or Master’s degree in Disaster Management, Emergency Management,
      Environmental Science, Geography or a related field.<\/li>
    • \u00a0Proven teaching experience in disaster management at the undergraduate and\/or
      Postgraduate level for 3 to 5 years.<\/li>
    • \u00a0Strong research background with publications in peer-reviewed journals.<\/li>
    • Familiarity with disaster management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.<\/li>
    • \u00a0Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students,
      Colleagues, and external stakeholders.<\/li><\/ul>
